Terms and Conditions | Interoperable Time Stamps
- The availability of Interoperable Timestamps is the responsibility of ANO, legal person no. 503182710, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office – 1st Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro no. 105, Porto.
- This document establishes the conditions for purchasing Interoperable Timestamps available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.
- Interoperable Timestamps are valid on all electronic public procurement platforms.
- Timestamps are a legal requirement in Public Procurement and their purpose is to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of the document’s time of submission.
- For foreign organisations, international and shipping fees will be added to the service amount.
- Interoperable Timestamps are activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once the purchase has been completed, you will receive an e-mail with the identification code for the timestamps. The code you receive must be entered in the electronic public procurement platform(s) you use.
- The Interoperable Timestamps are valid for 2 years (24 months).
- The issuer of the Interoperable Timestamps is Multicert (Portuguese entity).
- To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (https://cicap.pt/).
- The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
