Terms and Conditions | +Convites
- The availability of the +Convites service is the responsibility of ANO, legal person no. 503182710, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office – 1st Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro no. 105, Porto.
- This document establishes the conditions for joining the +Convites service available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.
- For foreign organisations, international and shipping fees will be added to the service amount.
- Signing up to the +Convites service guarantees access to more opportunities by Invitation (procedures addressed directly to the supplier/economic operator).
- The +Convites service is valid for 1 year (12 months).
- Joining this service also grants you the Supplier+ status, giving you access to anoGov’s advanced features and services.
- The +Convites service is activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once the purchase is completed, and in order to configure the service on the platform, you must contact us via email comercial@ano.pt or through the customer service line – 222 061 580 (call to the national fixed network) – available from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays.
- This service is configured in the economic operator’s profile on the anoGov platform, using the company’s data and associating the CPV codes corresponding to the business areas of interest. The selection and alteration of CPV codes is the client’s sole responsibility.
- This service is automatically renewed. Any intention not to renew must be notified in writing to anoGov at least 30 days in advance.
- Whenever the service is subscribed to a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out at the prices in force at the time of renewal.
- In the event of renewal, ANO reserves the right to update the prices and conditions of the service in accordance with the commercial policies in force.
- To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (https://cicap.pt/).
- The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.
