Once the purchase is completed, and in order to configure the service on the platform, you must contact us via email <a href=\"mailto:comercial@ano.pt\">comercial@ano.pt<\/a> or through the customer service line &#8211; 222 061 580 (call to the national fixed network) &#8211; available from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays.<\/li><li><p>By purchasing through the online store, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the immediate activation of the purchased service(s) upon payment confirmation, thereby waiving their right of withdrawal.<\/p><\/li><li>The customer is responsible for setting the e-mail address for receiving alerts. Any changes to the e-mail address are the sole responsibility of the customer.<\/li><li>Only one e-mail address may be associated with each licence purchased.<\/li><li>This service is configured in the economic operator&#8217;s profile on the <strong>anoGov<\/strong> platform, using the company&#8217;s data and associating the CPV codes corresponding to the business areas of interest. The selection and alteration of CPV codes is the client&#8217;s sole responsibility.<\/li><li>This service is automatically renewed.
