The availability of the <b>Single Registration<\/b> service is the responsibility of <strong>ANO<\/strong>, legal person no. 503182710, registered at the Porto Commercial Registry Office &#8211; 1st Section, with headquarters at Travessa de Alferes Malheiro no. 105, Porto.<\/p><p>2. This document establishes the conditions for joining the<strong> Single Registration<\/strong> service available in the online shop, referred to in Decree-Law no. 24\/2014 of 14 February in its current wording.<\/p><p>3. The <strong>Single Registration<\/strong> is an advanced service that guarantees automatic login to all <strong>anoGov<\/strong> contracting authorities.<\/p><p>4. Joining this service also grants you the<strong> Supplier+<\/strong> status, giving you access to <strong>anoGov\u2019s<\/strong> advanced features and services, such as:<\/p><ul><li>a) Advanced search filters;<\/li><li>b) Serial <em>download<\/em>;<\/li><li>c) Specialised technical and commercial service.<\/li><\/ul><p>5. For foreign organisations, international and shipping fees will be added to the service amount.<\/p><p>6. The <strong>Single Registration<\/strong> service is activated immediately once the payment has been validated. Once you have completed your purchase and are already registered, you will be able to immediately log in to all contracting authorities. Otherwise, you must contact us via email <a href=\"mailto:comercial@ano.pt\">comercial@ano.pt<\/a> or through the customer service line &#8211; 222 061 580 (call to the national fixed network) &#8211; available from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm on weekdays.<\/p><p>7. By purchasing through the online store, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to the immediate activation of the purchased service(s) upon payment confirmation, thereby waiving their right of withdrawal.<\/p><p>8. The <strong>Single Registration<\/strong> service does not include digital signature certificates and timestamps.<\/p><p>9. When subscribing to the <strong>Single Registration<\/strong> service, the licence is valid for 1 year. Renewals are valid for 2 years (1 year offer).<\/p><p>10. This service is automatically renewed. Any intention not to renew must be notified in writing to <strong>anoGov<\/strong> at least 30 days in advance.<\/p><p>11. Whenever the service is subscribed to a promotional campaign, the conditions of the campaign will apply for the duration of the campaign and the respective contract, and renewal will be carried out at the prices in force at the time of renewal.<\/p><p>12. In the event of renewal, <strong>ANO<\/strong> reserves the right to update the prices and conditions of the service in accordance with the commercial policies in force.<\/p><p>13. To resolve consumer disputes, please contact the Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Centre (<a href=\"https:\/\/cicap.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/cicap.pt\/<\/span><\/a>).<\/p><p>14. The personal data collected is destined to be used in the contractual management established with the customer through the online shop and is processed in accordance with the data protection policies in force.<\/p><p>15.
